What is RTT®?

RTT®  stands for Rapid Transformational Therapy. It is a unique, multi-award winning therapeutic approach, the culmination of the life-work of Marisa Peer, a globally acclaimed therapist, best-selling author, speaker.  The method is influenced by the most beneficial principles of psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural's therapy (CBT), hypnotherapy, neurolinguistic programming (NLP) healing and counselling.

Based on the science of neuroscience-plasticity RTT®  rapidly and permanently removes limiting beliefs and habits by exploring how, where, and when you acquired them, and with that understanding helps you to reframe these beliefs.

Rapid

It operates from the belief that emotional and psychological pain requires fast and direct intervention just as you would expect in case of going to the ER. The method is designed to extract the root cause of your issue, as no one was born with negative beliefs or habits, you acquired them somewhere along the way.

Transformational

Identifying how, where and when you acquired them helps you to understand the emotions triggered by those memories and how they are creating an unhelpful storyline for you. Having these understandings allows you to tell yourself a better story about what happened, so you can heal. It is never what happened that hurts us, it is the meaning that we attach to it, and while we cannot change the past, we can certainly change what it means to us.

Bridge Over a Lake

what to expect in a session?

When it comes to our mind, it is important to know that emotions always beat logic. Remember a time when you had a completely irrational reaction to something? I am sure it happened as it did with most of us. So instead of reasoning with your logical / analytical mind, we are looking for your answers in the territory of your subconscious / feeling mind. To do so, you need to reach a relaxed state, where you operate on a different brainwave, called theta. You are actually in this state when you operate on autopilot, when you do something so automatically that you can disengage from it, or when you are daydreaming. It is a natural state to be in, and a state where you have access to your subconscious mind, where you are open to suggestions without the disturbance of your critical mind. During our session you are going to reach this brainwave and stay in this relaxed state through hypnosis.
