If you are reading these lines, chances are that you reached a point where you either want something painful to stop and/or something great to start that accelerates your life.

How are we going to do it?

STEP 1
CONSULTATION

The first step towards your healing journey.

An opportunity for us to meet and get to know each other a little bit. It is your time to briefly share what issue(s) you are facing, in what ways you want to accelerate your life, and I am going to explain how I could assist you on your journey.


The consultation usually lasts 30-40 minutes.

The only thing that you have to commit at this point is to be present at the agreed time and date. 
 

STEP 2
THE SESSION

You decided to step out of your comfort zone and take actions towards what you want.

This is the time when we are going to find out why, where and how you acquired your limiting beliefs, unwanted behaviours; what lies beneath your issue, so with that understanding you can let go of them and install some new, healthier ones.




The session usually lasts 120 minutes.

In the end, you will receive a personalized audio recording that you must listen for at least 21 consecutive days to code in the powerful transformation you go through during our session.

STEP 3
FOLLOW UP
 

You are moving towards your potential, and soon you will realise that by doing so it expands.

Around day 30 after our session, we meet again to discuss your progress, talk through any scenes that might have come up, any questions you might still have, and whether you need to listen to your audio a little bit longer. Depending on your issue, I'll show you some tools and exercise that you could incorporate in your daily life.

The follow up call usually lasts 50 - 60 minutes.

MIND HACKS
(optional)

You are on the path of becoming the best version of yourself.

I want to make sure that you stay on this path, so we are going to talk about the rules of the mind and how you can harness the power of your own mind to become more aware and in control of your thoughts and achieve long-lasting changes.
