What is RTT® and how can it help you?

RTT® stands for Rapid Transformational Therapy, a multi-award-winning therapeutic approach that helps uncover and reframe the subconscious beliefs behind emotional or behavioural patterns.


Developed by renowned therapist and author Marisa Peer, RTT® draws from the most effective principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, CBT, and NLP, and is grounded in the science of neuroplasticity.

What sets RTT® apart is its ability to rapidly uncover the root of emotional or behavioural patternsso you can finally understand why you feel, think, or behave the way you do and then initiate lasting change by reframing your limiting beliefs at the subconscious level.

 

And to access those deeper layers, we work with a powerful and natural state of awareness: hypnosis.

What is hypnosis and why do we use it?

When we want to change something at its core, we need to reach the place where it began.
That’s where hypnosis comes in.

A hypnotic state is a natural, focused state of awareness. In fact, you experience this natural state when you’re deeply absorbed in a task, driving on autopilot, or lost in a daydream. In this relaxed state, your brain operates in a different brainwave (alpha, then theta), giving us access to the subconscious mind, where your beliefs, patterns, and emotional responses are stored.

Contrary to popular myths, you don’t lose control during hypnosis, it’s quite the opposite. You’re relaxed, aware, and able to focus inward without distraction.

How we’ll work together?

STEP 1
Consultation

A focused introduction to our work together.

Our first meeting is a 30–40 minute online or in person consultation.

This is your space to outline the issue you’d like to address, share what you’d like to experience instead, and ask questions.
I’ll also explain how I work and what the process looks like for your specific case..

Although the consultation is free of charge, your time — and mine — is valuable.
Please treat it with the same commitment you would a session: by showing up on time and prepared.

This is already part of your transformation by honouring your intention and taking yourself seriously.

STEP 2
The Session

Getting to the root, the beginning of real change

During your personalized RTT® session (approx. 2 hours), we explore the emotional root of your issue identifying the belief or pattern that has been running on autopilot.

We uncover where, when, and why it formed, and what emotional meaning your mind attached to that experience.

With that understanding, we begin the process of letting it go and installing new beliefs that truly reflect your current self and what you want to move toward.

You’ll receive a personalized audio recording to listen to daily for at least 21 days.

This is more than just a tool, it’s your voice, guiding your subconscious toward the change you’re ready to embody.

STEP 3
Follow up
 

Reflection. Guidance. Next steps.

About 3 weeks after your session, we meet again (50–60 minutes).

We’ll reflect on your progress, look at what has shifted, and address any scenes, thoughts, or emotions that may have surfaced.

This is also the point where we decide together:
– whether the audio should be continued,
– if another session is needed,
– or if something else has surfaced that’s ready to be addressed.

I also offer tools or practices that help you stay aligned with your progress and build on the change you’ve created.

This session is about clarity, confidence, and keeping your momentum going.

STEP 4
Mind Hacks
(optional)

Conscious tools for lasting transformation.

This 60-minute session is available to clients who want to deepen their awareness of how the mind works, and how to work with it, rather than against it.


We focus on self-talk, identity, habit-building, and the rules of the mind, so you can strengthen your confidence and stay connected to your true self.

Think of this as a toolkit you’ll return to, especially when life gets loud.
