If you’ve spent years overthinking, adapting to expectations, or holding everything together, it can be easy to lose sight of what actually feels true for you.

Working together begins with understanding what has been shaping your reactions, thoughts, and experiences.

Many of the patterns that influence how we respond to pressure, relationships, or uncertainty were formed earlier in life as ways for our mind to adapt and stay safe.

 

Through this work, we explore those patterns with curiosity and clarity, allowing you to understand them differently and respond with greater awareness and self-trust.

This work isn’t about eliminating life’s challenges, but about developing the ability to return to clarity and self-trust when they arise.

How we work together

While each person’s experience is unique, our work together follows a few simple steps.
The pace and focus adapt to where you are and what you need.

STEP 1
Clarity & Connection Call

A space to talk about what you’re experiencing and whether this work feels right for you.

 
Before anything else, we take time to talk.
 
In this 40-minute conversation, you can share what has been on your mind and what you would like to understand or approach differently.
 
You’ll also get a sense of how I work, what to expect from the process, and whether this approach feels like the right fit for you.








 

STEP 2
The RTT® Session

Understanding what drives your reactions.


During your personalized 2-hour RTT® session, we focus on identifying the beliefs that shaped the ways you react today. 

Through guided hypnosis, we trace those reactions back to where they first formed and look at them from a new perspective.

When the mind understands those earlier moments differently, the old responses begin to lose their hold.


After the session, you’ll receive a personalized audio recording designed specifically for you.

Listening to it daily for at least 21 days helps reinforce the new perspective and support the shifts that began during the session.

STEP 3
Reflection & Integration

Exploring what has shifted and how it’s unfolding in your daily life.

About three weeks after the RTT® session, we meet again for a 60-minute follow-up conversation.

This is a space to reflect on what you noticed while listening to your recording, talk through any thoughts or emotions that may have surfaced, and explore how the new perspective is beginning to show up in everyday situations.

Sometimes the changes are subtle at first, and this conversation helps bring them into clearer awareness.

During this integration period, I also stay in touch by email when needed, offering guidance or simple exercises to support the process.

STEP 4
 Your Inner Toolkit

Understanding how your mind works and how to work with it.

In this step, we focus on understanding how your mind works and how to apply what you’ve discovered when new situations arise.

You’ll learn practical ways to recognize familiar thought patterns, pause before reacting, and respond more consciously in moments that once felt automatic.

Think of it as building your personal toolkit, something you can return to whenever you need clarity, alignment, or a moment to reconnect with yourself.

 

The aim is not ongoing dependence on sessions, but giving you the understanding and tools to guide yourself forward.

What is RTT® and how it works

Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) is a method that helps you identify the beliefs and interpretations your mind formed earlier in life and understand how they continue to influence how you think, feel, and respond today, often without you realising it.

These interpretations often develop when the mind tries to make sense of experiences and messages we receive from the people and environments around us. At the time, they help us adapt and understand the world, but over time they continue shaping our reactions in ways that no longer reflect who we are today.

RTT® uses hypnosis to access the subconscious mind, the part of the mind where many of these beliefs, emotional associations, and patterns are stored.

 

In this focused and relaxed state, it becomes easier to trace the origin of the reactions or patterns you want to understand and see how they first developed.

The aim is to identify the belief that was created in those earlier moments and look at it from the perspective of who you are today. With the awareness and understanding you now have as an adult, those earlier interpretations begin to lose their influence, allowing space for new understanding and different responses to emerge.

Often, the shift begins simply by understanding where a belief came from and realising that it no longer needs to guide how you respond today.

 

What is hypnosis and why is it used in RTT®

A hypnotic state isn’t something mysterious or out of reach, it’s a natural, deeply focused state of awareness that most people already experience.

It’s the same state you enter when you’re daydreaming, lost in thought, or absorbed in music and the outside world briefly fades into the background.

In this relaxed yet focused state, the analytical part of the mind becomes quieter, making it easier to access the deeper layer of the mind where many of our beliefs, interpretations, and emotional responses are stored.

Through hypnosis, we can gently explore that inner space, not to relive the past, but to understand it differently.

You remain aware and in control the entire time. You can speak, move, or open your eyes whenever you wish.

 

Many people simply experience hypnosis as a state of calm focus that allows them to understand their reactions with greater clarity.

Shifting Back To Yourself

 

 

A focused process designed to help you understand and shift one recurring pattern that keeps showing up in your life.

At some point a particular behaviour or reaction becomes difficult to ignore, like overthinking decisions, avoiding certain situations, struggling to set boundaries, or repeatedly finding yourself in the same frustrating dynamic.

During the first session, we identify the belief driving that reaction or behaviour and bring it into awareness.

Understanding where that reaction comes from often creates a shift. What once felt automatic begins to make sense, making it easier to respond differently.

In the following weeks, we focus on integration.

You begin to apply what you’ve discovered in everyday situations, learning to recognise familiar patterns and respond with greater awareness.

In the final session, you’ll also receive practical tools and a clearer understanding of how your mind works, helping you continue working with these patterns beyond the sessions.

The process takes approximately 6 weeks.

Returning To Yourself

 
 

A structured process designed to give you the space to explore what is driving your sense of disconnection and identify the beliefs shaping how you experience different areas of your life.

Through this work, you develop the ability to return to yourself with greater clarity, steadiness, and self-trust when life becomes challenging.

You might notice patterns of behaviour such as putting other people’s needs ahead of your own, constantly questioning your decisions, seeking reassurance from others, or feeling responsible for holding everything together.

When several patterns are involved, it is rarely just one belief or one experience on its own.

Often, as we begin to understand one layer, another reveals itself underneath.

This is why the work unfolds across several sessions.

It creates the condition to understand what has been shaping your reactions, while giving you time to process what comes up in a way that feels manageable and safe. 

Without that sense of inner safety, even important insights can be difficult to fully integrate or act on.

Between sessions, the focus shifts to integration.

You’ll be supported with reflective guidance and practical exercises, while also having the time to process these changes at your own pace.

This is where you begin to apply what you’ve discovered in everyday situations and notice how your thoughts and reactions start to shift.

It is also where we work on strengthening your sense of self, reconnecting with your values, your inner direction, and what actually feels true for you.

 

In the final phase, you’ll receive practical tools and a clearer understanding of how your mind works, so you can recognise familiar patterns, respond more consciously, and guide yourself forward when new situations arise.

The process takes approximately 15 weeks.

Inner Toolkit

Practical sessions designed to help you understand how your mind works and learn simple tools you can use to navigate everyday situations with greater awareness.

Sometimes what makes a difference is having the right tools to work with your thoughts, reactions, and emotions in the moment.

Understanding how the mind tends to operate — why certain reactions repeat themselves, or how the thoughts and words we use influence the way we experience situations — can bring a new level of clarity to everyday challenges.

In these sessions, we focus on practical understanding and simple tools that help you work with your mind more consciously rather than feeling driven by automatic reactions.

They can be experienced as a single session focused on a specific question or situation, or as a short series of sessions for those who want to deepen their understanding.

Topics we explore in these sessions include:

- how beliefs are formed and how they influence behaviour
- why certain reactions or thought loops repeat themselves
- how what we focus on and the words we use shape the way we experience situations
- practical ways to interrupt unhelpful thought patterns
- tools that help you respond more consciously in challenging moments

Each session is tailored to your current situation and the areas where greater clarity would be most helpful.

With practice, these tools become something you can return to whenever you need clarity, perspective, or a different way of responding.
