This workshop focuses on understanding why these moments happen, and what allows consistency to return without force.

This second workshop focuses on the next step:
Once you can recognise what’s happening inside you, how can you consciously shape your inner response
so you don’t automatically pull back when things get hard?
This occasion is about conscious inner direction, about noticing how you speak to yourself, understanding which thoughts you reinforce, which beliefs might quietly influence your reactions, and how these inner processes shape whether you continue or stop.
We’ll explore:

how certain thoughts and beliefs create movement or hesitation

what happens when you shift from pressure to conscious choice

how resistance changes when it’s met with awareness instead of force
